Step1:Marinated tofu - 400g beans. 2000ml water. 12g brine. Soak the beans well. Press the original juice once. Filter the soymilk once with a fine mesh. Boil for three times in high heat, turn off the heat. Mix the 120g brine with 80ml water. Pour into the soymilk pot. Stir gently. Let stand for 10 minutes. Put into the mold. Press for one hour.
