Step1:Wash chicken wings, blanch them, pour in vegetable oil, stir fry chicken wings, pour in coke, add in soy sauce or ginger salt (as the case may be), stir fry them, then cover the pot and collect the juice for 20 minutes, and finally put out the finished product as shown in the figure.
Cooking tips:Chicken wings can be blanched for a while first, and then the sauce can be collected for cooking.
