Step1:Wash chicken wings. Put them in a hot pot and scald for a minute or two. Force bleeding water and smell.

Step3:Add oil in the hot pot, add ginger and scallion and stir fry. Add chicken wings. Fry on the front and back of the small heat for a while. When the two sides are slightly golden, pour in a proper amount of cooking wine and a can of coke.
