Step1:Cut the carrot into small pieces.
Step2:Add a small amount of water. Mix with a blender. In fact, I should have used a juicer (to separate the dregs from the juice). I was too troublesome to use a blender directly. I stirred it up a little bit. The color will be better with the juicer.
Step3:Add salt and alkali to the carrot juice. The noodles will be stronger. Then pour the flour into the carrot juice.
Step4:Mix the flour with carrot juice. Wake up for 20 minutes. The noodles need to be kneaded dry.
Step5:Prepare the press and fix it firmly.
Step6:First press it into a thicker one. The surface will break at the beginning. Just press it a few times.
Step7:More pressure will make it more even. Then adjust the press. Choose a thin one and press it again.
Step8:Then select the wide side to cut.
