Step1:Place Oreo biscuits in a thick, fresh-keeping bag. Crush them with a rolling pin.
Step2:In a mixing bowl. Add sugar. Melt butter. Mix well.
Step3:Pour the biscuit into the mold. Compact with a rolling pin. I used a small mousse mold. The material amount is equivalent to three of this small mousse mold. Then refrigerate.
Step4:Mix the gelatine powder with 5ml cold water. Heat it in hot water until it melts completely. Mix with yogurt evenly.
Step5:Cream cheese breaks up.
Step6:Add in sugar and vanilla. Mix well.
Step7:Mix a small amount of cream cheese with yogurt. Pour into most of the cream cheese. Stir well.
Step8:Beat the whipped cream to 67 and distribute it. Add it into the cream cheese paste in three times. Use the eggbeater to stir first, and then use the rubber scraper to stir evenly.
Step9:Add lemon juice and stir well.
Step10:Use a small spoon to put the cheese paste into the mould taken from the refrigerator. Fill it up and scrape it flat. Refrigerate for more than four hours.
Step11:Take out the mold from the refrigerator in four hours. Blow it with a blower for one circle to release the mold smoothly. The decoration is pasted with cream and then mounted.
Step12:Garnish with fruit, jam and mint leaves.
