Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Add 2 egg white, some salt and monosodium glutamate into the stuffing. Add water twice until all the water is absorbed.

2. 

   Step2:Wrap it up according to yuntun's method.

3. 

   Step3:Boil the boiled water. Boil the wonton and fish out for later use.

4. 

   Step4:Cook the noodles as above. Supercooled water for standby.

5. 

   Step5:Soup base preparation - boil chicken soup, salt, soy sauce, fish sauce, pepper and sesame oil over high heat, then pour them into the noodles. Add wonton.
