Step1:Taro peeled and cut into hob pieces. Onion cut into small sections. Use a small spoonful of salt, two spoonfuls of soy sauce, two spoonfuls of olive oil and some water to mix a bowl of juice.
Step2:Pour the mixed juice out of taro. Mix well.
Step3:Boil water over high heat. Put in taro. Steam over high heat for 25 to 30 minutes. This is waxy.
Step4:It's on. Taro as a kind of coarse food. Replacing rice noodles helps to reduce fat.
Cooking tips:If you want to buy taro from the market, you can eat it twice if you can't finish it at one time. We two girls eat a meal and a half as staple food. It must not be taro. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
