Step1:First melt the butter in wate
Step2:Add milk and mix wel
Step3:Add the sifted low powder and mix well. Add another egg yolk and mix well. Prepare to beat the egg white. Add sugar in several times. Beat until it is wet foaming (not scattering in the basin). Pour the egg yolk paste into the beaten egg white and mix well
Step4:Spread the auxiliary butter evenly on the inside of the container and sprinkle with sugar. Pour the mixture like shuflei mixture (eight minutes full, because it will expand). Shake the container on the table and shake out the bubble (leave the table a few centimeters and let it fall freely) and then it can be put into the oven. It's 190 degrees and 10 minutes. It's OK to sprinkle sugar on it after it's out of the oven^_ ^
