Step9:Stir fry the fried potatoes, eggplant, green and red peppers together. Add a tablespoon of soy sauce, some salt and sugar. Sprinkle some pepper and continue to stir fry. Then put in a little water and simmer for a few minutes. Stir in the water starch and stir evenly.

Cooking tips:Cut the potatoes and eggplant and soak them for a few minutes. They won't absorb much oil when fried. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
