For my son's birthday, I always thought about what cake to make for him. Because of the time problem, I chose this kind of wood bran cake. It's simple and quick. It's easy to scatter when I cut it.
Step1:In fact, the ingredients are quite simple. Just biscuits, light cream and condensed milk can make a delicious bran cake. Other materials are added according to my own needs.

Step5:Flatten it and refrigerate it for more than three hours. I refrigerate it from 2-30 p.m. to 8-00 p.m.
Step6:Sift a layer of cocoa powder on the surface of the cake through a flour sieve. At the beginning of pouring, I forgot to move the sieve. As a result, the front side was thicker and was handled with a spoon. Therefore, it was not smooth and delicate.
Step7:Use the pattern to sift in the desired pattern again.
Step8:I thought it would be more beautiful to add some soft candy. In fact, it's better not to add beautiful. Ha ha.
Step9:Slice chart.

Step11:The rest of the cream and biscuits are crushed into a cup of bran. Plus the fruit you like, isn't it very beautiful.
Cooking tips:Lay a layer of oiled paper on the bottom of the mold. It's easy to demould; mix the biscuits at the bottom with butter. It's not easy to scatter. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
