Step1:Wash baby dishes. Size well. Cut narrow strips vertically.
Step2:Put the baby vegetables in the basin. Sprinkle the salt of the two dishes evenly. Mix with your hands to make the salt more even. Leave for a few minutes.
Step3:Shred the onion and ginger. Crack the garlic. Cut the garlic once it's beaten.
Step4:Wait for the baby vegetables to wilt out of the water. Filter out the water.
Step5:Hold the dish gently again. Try to get the water out. But don't hold it out of shape.
Step6:Pour the oil in the pot. Add the onion, ginger, garlic (pepper) and stir.
Step7:Stir fry baby cabbage for a minute or tw
Step8:Soften the dish a little and add normal amount of salt (a small amount of vinegar). Stir fry it and serve.
