I fell in love with cauliflower in high school after eating it. But many stores made it against my will and there was too much oil. It took a long time for me to make a dry stir at home. So I wanted to use an oven instead of an alcohol oven. I just made cauliflower in a dry pot.
Step1:Soak the cauliflower in salt water for 15 minutes in advance. Remove, wash and cut into small pieces. Cut the green pepper and garlic. Slice the pork and put salt, raw soy sauce, cooking oil and starch into the slices (because it's pure lean meat, starch is added. The pork can be sliced directly for standby
Step2:In hot pot, stir fry the meat slices in cold oil. After the color changes, remove the heat. Pour in a little more oil than the stir fry. Stir in the pepper, green pepper, dry pepper and garlic to give the fragrance. Stir in the cauliflower slightly and turn to a small fire to pour in the meat slices. Add salt, cooking wine, raw soy sauce, oil consumption, chicken essence, thirteen spices, cumin powder, chili powder and sesame oil. Stir evenly. Pour into the baking pan (if you can't eat spicy, you don't need to add so many kinds of peppers
Step3:Preheat the oven for two Baidu. Heat the lower layer for ten minutes. When the temperature rises to 220 ℃, put it on the upper layer and bake for another seven or eight minutes. I like the soft cauliflower. The crispy one can shorten the time properl
Cooking tips:I think it's better to use streaky pork. But I don't know which part of the lean meat my mother bought. I didn't use chili sauce with bean paste because I thought they tasted too domineering. When I added it, I only had the taste of sauce. I prefer my own oil and pepper to make delicious dishes.
