Step3:Every duck egg covered with salt is wrapped with a plastic wrap. This can prevent the salt from falling down. It is said that it can make the yolk oil better.
Step4:After finishing the above steps, you can put it into the jar and seal it. I didn't have a jar and sealed it with a fresh-keeping bag. If one is not enough, you can set two more jars. After 25 days, you can almost eat it.
