Step1:Cut taro into small pieces. Add some oil. Add taro and stir fry. 2 then add in the mashed garlic. Stir fry for another 30 seconds. Set aside. 3. Add water to glutinous rice flour, mix into paste, add salt and mix well. The paste of glutinous rice flour is well thickened. 4 then add in taro and mix well. Let the paste cover taro 5 on the steaming plate. Apply oil evenly by hand. Then pour in taro paste. Steam in a hot pot. Steam for half an hour. Let cool. 7 wait until it is completely cooled before putting it into the refrigerator. Slice as much as you like and fry in an oil pan.
