M & M Chocolate is one of my favorite chocolates when I was a child. As the decoration of biscuits, it not only makes biscuits colorful, but also increases the fun of eating biscuits.
Step1:Soften butter. Add sugar and salt. Stir with hand beater. Pour in eggs two or three times and stir. Add a small amount of vanilla essence and stir gently.
Step2:Sift in low gluten flour and a small amount of baking powder. Stir with a rubber scraper.
Step3:Put in oatmeal and stir gently. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes. Let the dough solidify slightly.
Step4:Divide the frozen dough into about 15g each. Knead it into balls and arrange it on the baking tray. Press gently. Decorate it with M & M Chocolate. Then bake in the oven preheated to 175180 ℃ for about 10 minutes.
Cooking tips:M & M Chocolate itself has a certain degree of sweetness. Friends who don't like sweetness can reduce sugar appropriately. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
