Generally, three fresh potatoes and eggplant are fried first. But my dish is not fried. It's steamed. It's more nutritious and healthy.
Step1:Cut potatoes into pieces. Tear green peppers into pieces by hand. Beat eggplants with a knife and tear them into pieces. Cut garlic into small pieces.
Step2:After boiling the water in the steamer, steam the potatoes and eggplants in the steamer. Steam the eggplants for about five minutes. Steam the potatoes for eight or nine minutes.
Step3:Hot pot cold oil. Add some garlic and stir fry until fragrant. Pour green pepper, potato and eggplant into the pot and stir fry for two minutes. Add salt, soy sauce and chicken essence. Stir evenly.
Step4:Sprinkle in the garlic powder. Put it on a plate. It's delicious.
