Repeat until nine layers are added. After pouring in the 9th layer of batter, cover the surface of the container with a layer of fresh-keeping film, and then evaporate to prevent the water vapor from dropping on the surface of the cake to form a pit. If you use a steamer, put some water in it. Boil it over high heat. Then steam it layer by layer.
