Step1:Wash the shrimp. Wash the cabbage (leek) and coriander.
Step2:Use a blender to beat the shrimps into meat sauce. Filter with a sieve or gauze (I use a soymilk machine filter cup). After filtration, the dregs can be fully stirred with water, so that the shrimp juice and shrimp meat can be better dissolved in the water.
Step3:Put oil in the pot. Stir fry with onion and ginger. Bring the soup to a boil. Add salt and pepper.
Step4:Pour the filtered shrimp juice into the pot. Stir with a spoon in one direction while pouring.
