Step1:Cut the wheaten vegetables into sections. Blanch them with boiling water. Take them out for use. Cut the garlic into small pieces for use.
Step2:Add sesame paste, chili oil, sesame, sesame oil and salt and mix well.
Step3:Finished product. (sesame paste can be added according to your own preferences. You can also add some sesame oil. My baby doesn't eat it, so I didn't put it in.)
