Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Skin potatoe

   Step2:Cut into slices. Steam in a steame

   Step3:Steam and mash while hot. Add salt and starch. Stir togethe

   Step4:Roll out the potatoes and starch. The thickness is moderate. Buckle them with a round mold. Then use chopsticks and spoons to make eyes and mouth

   Step5:Heat the oil in the pot. When the oil temperature rises, put in the potato cake

   Step6:When you see the color, take it out and put it on a plate. Eat it while it's hot.
