Red beans can promote urination and detumescence, strengthen the spleen and stop diarrhea; black beans can nourish the face, brighten the eyes, dark hair and tender the skin.
Step1:Prepare materials.
Step2:Soak red beans and black beans in clear water for 8-12 hours (refrigerate in summer). Wash.
