Mushroom and chicken porridge is a kind of porridge I like very much. It's delicious and nutritious. I have a bowl of hot porridge made by myself for breakfast. It's very satisfying.
Step1:Prepare ingredients. Soak rice for 1 hour in advance. Shred chicken breast. Add a little cooking wine, oil, salt and pepper. Marinate for half an hour. Shred dried mushrooms.
