Millet has the functions of strengthening the spleen and stomach; red bean has the functions of clearing away heat and detoxification, benefiting the stomach and diuresis; jujube can warm the stomach and invigorate the Qi. Step1:Prepare materials.
Step2:Soak the red beans in water for 8-12 hours (put them in the refrigerator in summer for cold soak). Wash them; wash millet; wash jujube. Remove the core.
