Step1:Wash the chicken legs. Pierce the thickest part of the meat with a boneless knife. Pierce the holes. Drain the kitchen paper thoroughly.
Step2:Grind proper amount of sea salt, black pepper and lemon peel and put them into a fresh-keeping bag and marinate for half an hour.
Step3:The non stick pot is too hot. Put the chicken skin part down into the chicken leg. Fry the outside of the chicken leg over high heat to lock the gravy. Turn the low heat to fry the chicken leg thoroughly. Test with chopsticks. The part that can easily penetrate the meat is cooked. When frying, please turn over the chicken legs.
Step4:Put the plate out of the pot. Sprinkle the onion.
Cooking tips:Use the leg of a broiler. Don't use a ground chicken or something very old. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
