Step1:Make braised pork first. Stir fry the meat until golden. Stir fry the ginger and garlic. Stir fry the sauce (oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt and Korean cooking wine). Then let the water submerge the meat. Stew for 40 minutes until the sauce is collected.
Step2:Pour the braised pork into the rice. Press to cook for 29 minutes
Step3:Out of the oven. Hahahaha. Rice will be more elastic when it is moistened with lard. It tastes really good.
