One of my husband's favorite tofu practices
Step1:Marinate minced beef with wine, salt and starch for 15 minute
Step2:Stew tofu with salt for two minute
Step3:Minced beef, sliced and cooked, in full swin
Step4:Heat the oil, add a tablespoon of bean paste, stir fry the red oil, add in the onion, ginger, garlic, stir fry the bean curd, add in a small bowl of fresh soy sauce and simmer for two minute
Step5:Add water starch to thicken the sauce and let it ou
Step6:Mashed garlic, pepper, chili powder, put on tofu, oil, heat and pour on tof
Cooking tips:Tofu with salt is not easy to be broken and delicious.
