It's authentic, so I didn't stir fry it first. If it's not authentic enough in the supermarket, you can stir fry it before cooking. Don't pour out the kimchi juice to mix the sauce. When cooking, water can be changed into rice washing water. It's more fragrant. Korean chili sauce and Korean beef powder can be bought in supermarkets.
