Broccoli is a common dish on my table. My daughter likes to eat. In the past, she used to make broccoli with oyster sauce and garlic. This time, I added shrimp and Japanese tofu to cook together. It's delicious.
Step1:Wash the shrimps and make them with bubbles in advance.
Step2:Take broccoli and soak it in light salt water for a while. Then wash it. Boil the water in a wok. Add a little salt. Blanch the water and put it in cold water for later use.
Step3:Slice Japanese tofu.
Step4:In a non stick pan, pour in some vegetable oil and fry in Japanese tofu.
Step5:Fry one side and turn the other.
Step6:Pan fry both sides and set aside.
Step7:Beat garlic and cut it.
Step8:Add some vegetable oil into the wok. Stir fry the garlic.
Step9:Stir fry the dried shrimps until they are tender.
Step10:Stir fry the broccoli.
Step11:Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce. Pour half a bowl of clear water along the edge of the pot and boil. Then add some salt (the shrimp itself is salty).
Step12:Put in the fried Japanese tofu and cook slightly. Pour in the water starch powder and thicken it, then turn off the heat and leave the pot.
