   Step1:Steam the taro in a pot. Grind it into taro paste in a grinding bowl. Put 4 quail eggs into a bowl. Break them up. Put in a drop of flour and mix well. Add a little water. Mix to make a batter. Heat the non stick pan over the minimum heat. Put the egg liquid in. Shake the non stick pan to spread the egg liquid evenly. Turn over after the egg liquid solidifies. Keep the heat low all the way. After making the egg cake, spread the taro mud on the egg cake evenly, roll up the egg cake, and then cut it into small pieces for the baby to eat.
