After the winter vacation, I have to wait four months for the summer vacation to go home. This dried mustard porridge has the flavor of home. After all, this dried vegetable is made by grandma herself.
Step1:Soak the rice and dried vegetables overnight (I'm for easy cooking. Rice is not allowed to be soaked. It's OK to soak the dried vegetables in hot water.)
Step2:Cut the dried vegetables with scissor
Step3:When the porridge boils, open the lid of the pot. Wait for it to cook slowly for more than ten minutes. Finally, add salt. (if it's not a non stick pot, keep stirring with a spoon.)
Step4:A bowl of hot dried porridge is ready.
Cooking tips:My pot is a small non stick pot with only 2 liters. You can also add it to my friends who like to add meat (the meat is cooked when the porridge is almost ready). It's all because my school accommodation restricts my purchase of meat. Otherwise, I will definitely add it. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
