Cooking tips:1. Don't remove the skin and seeds of winter melon. Boil them together. 2. Don't add water during the brewing of winter melon tea, so be sure to cook it with a low heat. 3. It can be preserved for about 1 week in the refrigerator. 4. Please use non stick milk pot to cook. 5. Do not increase the amount of brown sugar. Otherwise, you are just drinking brown sugar water.
