Cooking tips:1. Remove the shrimp line after shelling, add salt and other seasonings to marinate, and then put them into boiling water for blanching; 2. Blanch the dried silk in advance, add some salt to the bottom taste, and then pass the cold water after blanching; 3. Put the blanched shrimp and dried silk into the bowl.
