It's the annual Mid Autumn Festival again. Last year, the little prince didn't add supplementary food. He didn't eat moon cakes. This year, I made him moon cakes with purple potatoes and yams. They are simple and delicious in nutrition.
Step1:1. Prepare the ingredients. Use ripe chestnut kernel for chestnuts.
Step2:2. Peel the purple potato and yam and cut into small pieces.
Step3:3. Wash jujube, and purple sweet potato, yam, chestnut and steam in steamer for 1520 minutes.
Step4:4. First grind the Steamed Yam into mud with a grinding bowl, and then grind the purple potato into mud.
Step5:5. Remove the core and skin of red jujube, cut the chestnut in half, divide the yam and purple potato into 4 equal parts, and rub them into balls.
Step6:6. Press the yam balls into pieces and put them into jujube meat and chestnut. Close up and knead them into balls.
Step7:7. The purple potato is also made into a ball in the same way. Put the yam ball and the purple potato ball into the refrigerator and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Step8:8. Put the yam ball into the moon cake mold and press it into the shape of the moon cake.
Step9:9. It is recommended to press the yam ball first, then the purple potato ball. In this way, the purple potato will not be dyed on the yam moon cake.
Step10:10. The moon cake can be warmed a little and fed to the baby.
