Stewed old head with sauce
Spring. Spring returns to the earth. Everything recovers. It's the best time to eat river fish. I like to eat the sauce made by my mother to stew the old head fish. I learned it after I got married. I also make it for my children every spring.
Old head in Northeast sauce
I don't know if the old head fish is unique in Northeast China. The wild old head fish is really special. It's been a long time since we made other local dishes with bean and fruit science. We should also use our northeast dishes to repay it.
