I like the tender taste of pudding and the light fragrance of Matcha.
Step1:The gilding tablet is soaked in cold water.
Step2:7g of Matcha powder and 20g of cold boiled tea mix well.
Step3:250g of pure milk and 30g of white sugar in a non stick pot.
Step4:Boil until the sugar melts. Do not boil.
Step5:Drain the water from the gelatine tablet and pour it into the boiled milk together with the Matcha. Stir until the gelatine melts. Sift twice or three times. Too hot Matcha powder will form granules. The gelation effect of gilding is not good.
Step6:Sift and pour into the pudding cup, cover with plastic film, refrigerate overnight. Put melted butter on the pudding cup if you like to eat it upside down. When eating, you can add your favorite fruit. I like mango. It was cut and ready to be put on. It was missed when taking photos. I remember it after eating.
