This noodle is one of my children's favorite homely soup noodles. Because it's light, simple and delicious. It's also my family's emergency meal. Usually I freeze noodles and store them in the refrigerator. Take them as you like. No need to defrost. Just boil them in a boiling water pot. This bowl of noodles can be made in ten minutes.
Step1:Prepare the ingredients.
Step2:Put the golden dragon fish Australian wheat flour into the noodle machine. Add 150 grams of water into the water tank to make noodles.

Step4:Chop the shallots. Leave some leaves. Put others in a small bowl. Add some soy sauce. Pour in the hot oil to make the shallot oil.

Cooking tips:Because I use noodle machine to make noodles, so I use less water. Onion oil is essential. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
