We have a spring roll of dim sum which is necessary for Chinese New Year's Eve. It is usually filled with bean paste, leek, shepherd's purse and so on. Today I make a spring roll of yellow croaker. -
Step1:Clean up the small yellow croake
Step2:Two pieces of meat to the back of yellow croake

Step9:Take a spring roll and wrap it with yellow croaker meat and scallio

Step11:Heat the oil in the pan and put it into the spring rol
Step12:Fry until golden brown on both sides, then drain the oi
Cooking tips:Don't add too much seasoning. Mainly eat its original flavor. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
