The reason why I made this sweet potato cake is that I didn't eat it after it was steamed. I used local materials. I didn't expect it was very delicious.
Step1:The sweet potato is steamed, peeled and mashed. Add other main ingredients and knead to form a soft dough (if not soft enough, add a little water). Put the oil on the panel and use it as a thin surface to divide the dough into small dough (about 15 pieces). Each dough is wrapped in red bean paste. Press it gently to form a flat circle.
Step2:Heat the oil in the pot until it is 70% hot. Put in the wrapped sweet potato cake. Fry it over low heat.
Cooking tips:Make sure to use oil instead of thin noodles. There are skills to make dishes more soft and delicious after cooking.
