Step1:Taro (taro) just bought it and forgot to pat it. The taro will fall off with a cloth bag. Then peel it slightly. Wash it (don't immerse it in water directly with your hands. Wear gloves or use a spoon to slide it) and put it in the pot to add some alkali water. It's rotten to poke it in with chopsticks.
Step2:Take it up with a spoon and cool it down. Then rinse it. (before cooking taro, add alkaline water. It will turn red.
