Cooking tips:1. It's OK to use white vinegar instead of red vinegar. But the color doesn't seem so tempting. 2. The proportion of vinegar and honey is about 2-1. 3. If you like, it's OK to make it with the whole white radish, but the taste is not as good as the pure radish skin. In addition, when peeling, it must be a little thicker. The taste is good. 2-3mm is my preferred thickness. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
