Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Dry 3-4 pieces of white beans. Clean the surface and put them into the plate for standby.

  2. Step2:Prepare seasoning. Appropriate amount of scallion, ginger and garlic. Dry pepper, prickly ash, seasoning and fragrant leaves can be put into homemade seasoning bag for standby.

  3. Step3:Add water to the pot. After boiling, put the processed meat into the pot. Add dried pepper, prickly ash, seasoning, fragrant leaves or the whole seasoning package.

  4. Step4:Then put the dried white beans into the pot.

  5. Step5:Add proper amount of Jinlan soy sauce.

  6. Step6:Cover the pot and simmer for about 15 minutes. Then turn the small heat to marinate until the meat is cooked. The dried bean can be taken out in the middle of the process. After the meat is cooked, the dried bean can be added and soaked to make it fully tasty.

Cooking tips:Take out the dried beans that are naturally cooled. When eating, add cilantro, chopped shallot and chili oil to mix. It's OK to eat them directly. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
