Step1:Clams and mussels are salted in advance. Prawns are removed from the shrimp line. Salmon is cut into pieces.
Step2:Boil the broth in a small pot. Add saffron and a piece of bay leaf and cook for a few minutes.
Step3:Chop the onion and garlic while cooking the soup. Stir fry the onion and garlic in hot olive oil in a cast iron pot until golden.
Step4:In a cast iron pot, stir fry salmon, squid, prawns, mussels and clams once until the color changes. Cook a little white wine.
Step5:Continue to pour in the Italian rice and stir well. Pour in the cooked soup without any ingredients. Boil over high heat and turn to low heat for stew. Season with salt and black pepper.
Step6:Preheat the oven at 450 F. when the soup in the cast iron pot is almost dry, put it into the oven and bake until it is slightly dry. About 5 minutes.
