Step1:The dough should be firm and not too soft. It must be thoroughly kneaded and divided into 50g or so.
Step2:A-take a round one. Then knead it into the shape of front small and back big. Cut out the ears and feet and tail as shown in the picture. Use toothpick to press out mouth. Then dip a little red pigment. Point out eyes. I made 7. If it's not too cold in the room, it's almost fermented. Put hot water into the pot and steam for 15 minutes.
Step3:B-take a round piece and knead it into a long strip of about 4050cm. Roll out the body and head as shown in the figure. Clamp it on the head with a cotton stick thick and thin tool.

Cooking tips:Tools - scissors, toothpicks, cotton sticks. I used 400g flour + 220g water + 2G yeast to thoroughly knead the hair and then knead in less than 100g flour.
