Step1:Cut off two ends of the sea intestines. Remove the internal organs and wash them.
Step2:Pour hot water into the pot. Cook until the bottom of the pot is slightly bubbling. Pour in the sausage. Remove the flying water for 15 seconds.
Step3:Pass cold water over the flying sea intestines. Cut into 2cm segments for standby.
Step4:Mix the sea intestines and chrysanthemum with vinegar, sesame oil and salt. Sprinkle a little coriander powder.
