Step1:Wash and roll Luffa; slice lean meat. Marinate with a little salt, cooking wine, pepper and sweet potato.
Step2:When the oil pot is hot, stir fry the garlic. Pour in the loofah, add a little salt, and half a bowl of water, stir fry until the loofah is through. Pour in the lean meat. Stir fry for 12 minutes to get out of the pot.
