Step1:Cut the mango lengthwise with a knife. Cut the mango flesh crosswise and lengthwise (see Fig. 2). Then cut the flesh gently along the bottom of the mango with a knife to form a mango grai
Step2:Boil a proper amount of water in the pot. Add the simmer after boiling. Stir with a wooden spoon from time to time. Cook until there is only a little white core in the middle of the simmer, then turn off the fire. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes
Step3:Rinse the simmer in supercooled water until it is crystal clear and does not adhere, and then put it into the utensil for standby
Step4:Pour milk into the container. Pour in a little honey. Add sago and mango seeds
