Step1:Soak the bird's nest in water (about 10g with 300ml pure water. If not, soak it for two or three days in advance); change water frequently (once every four or five hours); when the bird's nest is soft, pick out the fur inside; then put the bird's nest in the pot. Stew it with a stewing cup or bowl separated by water.
Step2:Add two tablespoons of water to the pot. Add the lollipop, red dates and white fruits. Stir with the spoon. Let the lollipop melt.
Step3:Cut off the middle part of the papaya. Use it to make a cover. Make the whole papaya look like a boat; then remove the seeds.
Step4:Put the bird's nest, red dates and white fruits into the papaya. Add the newly boiled sugar water (don't put too much sugar water). Cover the papaya.
Step5:Put the papaya on a heat-resistant plate. Steam it in the steamer for 10 minutes. (you can also steam it in a cage or steamer for 15 minutes) and it's done.
