Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Soak the bird's nest in water (about 10g with 300ml pure water. If not, soak it for two or three days in advance); change water frequently (once every four or five hours); when the bird's nest is soft, pick out the fur inside; then put the bird's nest in the pot. Stew it with a stewing cup or bowl separated by water.
