Step1:Ingredients: 300g flour, 2 eggs, 1 small handful leek, 300g bean sprouts, 1 cup water, 1 small spoon salt and 1 small spoon pepper.
Step2:Mix all materials except leek evenly.
Step3:Cut the leek into sections. Add in and mix well.
Step4:Heat the pan with a thin layer of oil. Add the batter. Use a spoon to make it round
Step5:Turn over in 2 minutes.
Step6:Turn it over in two minutes. It's just golden on both sides.
