I dare not say that it is the most authentic Shandong practice. It can only be said that it is the most simple, delicious and non fishy one. Hard dishes are a must for family gatherings.
Step1:Sliced chicken leg with scallion. Cut the sea cucumber. Blanch. Mix raw soy sauce, old soy sauce and steamed fish soy sauce 4-1-1. Make a bowl of thick water starc
Step2:Put a little low oil in the pot. Put in 1 large ingredient (star anise). Fry out the fragrance. Put in the onion and stir fry
Step3:Pour into the sea cucumber section and stir fry for a few times. Sprinkle some white pepper on it. Cook in the high liquor. Pour in the mixed juice and water (if possible, add the high soup) to ensure that the juice is almost no more than sea cucumber. Heat for two or three minutes. Pour in the wet starch (three times). Wait until the soup is thick, then the pot will come out. Pour in a small amount of sesame oil before leaving the pot.
Cooking tips:If you can't buy chicken leg onions, you can use them instead. But the taste can't be guaranteed. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
