Cooking Steps

   Step1:The sweet potato is not peeled. Wash it. Put it into the special bowl of microwave oven. No need to add water. Close the lid. Heat for three minutes. (a small sweet potato is about 100g for three minutes

   Step2:If you bake two or three sweet potatoes at the same time, the time will continue to increase. Two five minutes. Three six minutes.

   Step3:If you take out the sweet potato heart, it's still a little hard. Just throw it in again and continue for about a minute. Too long will turn sweet potatoes dry.
